RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you are not completely happy with any full priced purchase from House on Oxford, we will happily issue a credit voucher or refund if the item is returned within 14 business days of receipt. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
Please note that all SALE purchases are final. There is no exchange or return on SALE items.
If you wish to return an item/s, please contact us at email@example.com and quote your order number and reason for return. Once we have replied please post to the address advised within 14 business days. A Refund/Credit Voucher will ONLY be issued if the item/s are still in their original condition and all tags are still attached. All returned items are inspected on receipt and if not in their original condition will be returned to sender.
Unfortunately, we can not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you return your item/s with tracking and that you keep a copy for your records. Please note that return shipping is at your expense and House on Oxford does not refund postage/returns postage.
Your credit note/refund will be sent to you via email within 7 days of receipt.
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue and can only be used in one transaction
- Your store credit is for the item value only and does not cover shipping costs
- Your store credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts
Please follow the above process for exchange. Subject to availability, we will endeavour to set aside your item for exchange. However this can not always be guaranteed. Please note that the shipping fee will be at your expense.
As per the ACCC guidelines, in the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, we will either repair, replace or refund depending on the severity of the fault. Faulty return postage costs will be covered by House on Oxford.
